Most illustrators use plain text emails, we want to upgrade you to HTML emails like the example here. We’ll develop a subject line that we feel with get opened. When opened, there’s the banner “3x3 Recommends” followed by praise for your work by our founder and former creative director, Charles Hively. We’ll help select a single image from your site and add a positive quote from an art director you’ve worked with along with contact links. We’ve found this approach has been successful in getting through to art directors. And we’ll track the response on our end after each email and share those results with you.

Example: Smaller lists nets between 500–750 clicks to a website with an additional number to Instagram and LinkedIn. Larger lists result in between 1,700–2,800 clicks to a website plus equal amounts to Instagram and LinkedIn.
